Radio Fitting Trouble - Pioneer SPH-DA230DAB

Alright guys, I had a quick look around the Forum but no straight answer to my troubles and I'm ready to pull what remaining hair I have left completely out.
I was hoping with the additional cables I bought I'd have some luck fitting the DA230 without too much trouble, but no.
It's a VW T6 Highline (with reversing sensors...not sure if that's relevant) and I've attached some pictures of what I have, please for the love of god can some one point me in the right direction if I need additional cables or maybe point me where I'm going wrong as it just won't switch on. Thanks in advance.

Completely wrong connections, yes you could get it to fire up but it will not work with your steering wheel , and certainly not going to display the park pilot, drop us a pm and il go though it all with you
