Range Rover wheel (adapters?)

Can anyone help with a bit of advice please. I managed to get hold of a set of 4 Range Rover wheels, excellent condition and I stupidly thought the stud pattern was 5x120. Anyway, schoolboy error, I didn't try them BEFORE I fitted a set of 255/45 R19s only to find out they don't fit a T6 regardless of what most of the forums say. The stud pattern on these (from a 2018 Evoque) is 5x108 and not even my shiny lump hammer could sort that out. Question is, has anyone had any experience of using stud adapters in the past (as photo) or will it space the wheels out too much? Its either that or I buy 4 more 19" alloys and cut my losses. Any advice please, thank you.

You realise Evoque wheels are rated at only 650kg, technically insufficient for a T28/30/32?

Other LR wheels are upwards of 850kg, but not the Evoque.

That's OK. Sorry to rain on your parade.
Hi again, I've just been told the wheels are off a 2018 Range Rover Velar, not an Evoque as previously mentioned. I have just had a look, as far as I can tell, on the rear of the alloy is K1.05, I presume thats the load rating?
