Re pinning t6 to t6.1 tailgate halogen lights

Want to upgrade t6 rear lights to t6.1 and understand they need re pinning,they are both halogen, would appreciate it if anyone had the wiring diagram please

I have repinned as above but not working properly as should , I have these light with two different plugs on at minute I’m using the led plug on my t6 Caravelle but want to use the other plug so I can put them in my 6.1 halogen plug , the only thing I can think and try now is anyone knows the wiring for led plug 1-6 on t6 then hopefully I can match to the other one as they are same colours, hope this makes sense to you because it literally has gave me a headache
