Rear 12V Socket Power Feed

Hi Guys,

I have fitted a 12V cigarette socket and some USB ports.

I have run a 2.5mm cable to the front fuse box under the gear stick.

I have earthed the socket near the rear tailgate.

I have tested the socket using a spare fuse slot in fuse box and it is fine.

I am looking for a method of powering the sockets from a feed which is only on when ignition is on.

Any suggestions on where to pull one from? My piggyback fuse holders are too chunky to fit in the fuse box.

Any suggestions on a scotch lock with fuse or another option on getting a 12V ignition feed would be great!

i wouldn’t be scotchlocking a potential 10-15 amp circuit. Just get the correct size mini piggyback
