Rear Bumper Impact Bar

Hi..just checking if anyone has or knows of anyone selling a cheap impact bar for the rear bumper?
I've got a project on the go and require one for cutting purposes, I dont really want to buy new incase drastic failure occurs!
Hope you can help..Im Manchester way.

I've got one, im in chester so fairly close by, its like new as was removed for a tow bar early in the vans life.
