Rear climate control issues.

Hi guys and girls

I am hoping someone can help. I have a 2016 T6 shuttle and I am having issues with my rear climate control where I can't adjust it to blow air out of the main vents. I can get the air to come out towards the windows and floor bit not the passengers. It looks to me like the flap or it's mechanism has jammed. I know the blower itself is in the luggage space on the right but after that I'm stuck.

I have the same issue on my 2016 shuttle. Did you find out what was wrong with it?

Apparently it probably only has climate.control in the front and the rear vents are 'for show'??
