Rear electrical sockets and trailer prep

Trying to figure out wiring for adding trailer electrics on my T6 17 plate

VW say my Van has trailer prep but its coded as 1D0 ie not trailer prepared so....

Does anyone know what the top socket is for, its got 7 pins, just chance ? Its in the rear near side where you'd expect to find trailer prep wiring. Would also expect an 8 pin plug as well for the Pfjones WTP kit to fit

I have rear parking sensors, rear wiper, camera and spoiler.

Take the cover off the back of your drivers seat base. If there is a box on the same side as the hand brake then you have trailer prep.

I'd say no luck as trailer prep. Nothing connected into this? Is it actually a 17-pin connector but just 7 pins present? Electric slider?

Thanks, looked under the driver seat nothing there, guess its the full installation to do. Not a lot else to do next week

If it has 1d0 then it's not got trailer prep.

You can use either westfalia or ECS for 13pin wiring. I've used both and they work exactly the same as far as canbus coding goes.

ECS include wiring for pin 10 but westfalia it's an optional kit but PF Jones include it if you buy from their ebay store.
