Hello all,
I know this may have been posted at some point but struggling to find the answer. We have 4 spot lights and the door switching option kit from Travelvolts, wired into the original wiring loom for the interior lights.
1. When we lock the doors and the lights are switched to permanently on, the interior lights do not come on at all, including the cab light. Is this normal on a T6?
2.If we stay in the van at night (unlocked) with the lights off, in the morning we are unable to switch them back on, again including the cab light. We can press the unlock button again to turn them back on.
We can however leave the lights in the permanently on state for well over an hour/nearly two with the door shut.
I roughly understand that there is a relay controlling the interior lights but i though the permanent on option wasn't on a timer? and with our test if the lights are on they seem to stay on for hours.
Any help would be great. Early next year we are going leisure battery but would like to solve this for now
