Rear parking sensor T6.1 guide

Can’t find any good videos or guide to replacing a faulty rear parking sensor. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

There is this one for a Golf which AFAIK uses the same sensor (or at least it's physically the same so you can see how the clips work)
