Rear springs: I currently have 7J0511115D which is 1 grey dot (0YA) weight range 1 and have some replacement rear springs which are 7J0511115F, 3 grey dots (0YC) weight range 3 for my T32 SWB which has been converted and therefore heavier in the rear. Am I correct that F (3 dots) would be a better spring as a result (heavier load) than the 1 grey dotted originals?

The weight range seems to be rather confusing. If you have a T32 with weight range 1, in my opinion our T30 shouldn't have higher weight range (it has 0YC), since it has lower total weight than yours.
The number of colour dots doesn't go hand in hand with the weight range and I think the best way forward would be to find maybe heavyduty aftermarket springs or try to find the heaviest possible T6 from the factory and match its springs.
By looking from partslink, there are over thirty different rear spring options for T6 and weigth range isn't the only PR-code which affects spring option.
