Hoping somebody has some ideas…
I have a transporter T6 high line 16 plate (euro 6)
Recently had the air intake manifold replaced due to fault
‘30535 - Intake Manifold- Runner Position- Sensor/Switch- Circuit: Range/Performance’
It was really clogged up.
Before replacing it, the regens were getting more frequent, every 25-30 miles.
I do a good mix of long/short journeys but Just over a week since manifold replacement & the regens are still occurring every 25-30 miles. I’ve done 2 journeys of over an hour each way & a few smaller journeys.
Yesterday after yet another regen, filled up & put bottle of forte cleaner in, went for 20 mins 5th gear blast along motorway
Another regen this morning
Plugged Carista in during regen
Soot levels were only 0.8g
Last regen 27miles.
No lights on dash or codes flagged up re DPf or egr but I now have this
27230 - Oil pressure regulation valve: electrical error
Any ideas what is going on?
I’ve just got back from forcing a regen & another motorway stint but can’t keep doing that.
Is the oil pressure sensor causing the issue? Would a flush help to clear any backlog since manifold replacement? or is it another issue? soot levels are so low my understanding is the regens shouldn’t be happening so frequently as nothing to clear?
Happy to get flush done but just want to check that will sort problem before I pay out any more
