Anyone know how to do this? I mean just to get the seat off the rails, not the rails off the van

Run it so that the rear foot is lined up with the big slot (look in the rails and you'll see what I mean). Then lift it out.

It's a 2 person job really.

I also found it's easy to completely remove the seat part, and the rear shelf part to make the main part a bit lighter. They are just on sprung pins so no tools required, the seat pin can be pushed in with a key to release it.
