Hi David, Just bought T6 2019 102bhp, did you ever get yours remapped, and if so where, as I am interested in getting mine done? thanks Trevor
Be careful you don't remap to too much torque - those 5-speed gearboxes are a known weakness with high torque figures.
Had ours remapped by Dav Tec earlier this year. A good few thousand miles on and no problems… bear in mind if something goes wrong everyone hears about it.. but positive outcomes don’t get as much airtime.
Real world driving is much better. Motorway slip road acceleration for example and not having to go up and down the gears so frequently in hilly areas. Would I recommend it yes with a supplier that has credibility not any old back street garage. Dav Tec is in the midlands but make a weekend of it, you have a camper after all ;-)

I have used Dragon performance remap in Glasgow area. On myT5 2.5tdi. Job well done and no trouble.
However the T6 is slightly more complicated and I would certainly recommend someone working with transporter all the time. My engine remap by Pendle was perfect and trouble free.
I have personally known and experienced work done by @Dav-Tec and I definitely reccomend to pay him a visit and get something done by him.

Yes they don’t chase bhp and keep in VW tolerances so maximum Drive ability

I had my 2019 Highline 102 remapped at TH Performance in Havant who are a Pendle Agent.
All kept within reasonable tolerances, for the above mentioned reasons. Now at 155.5bhp (the .5 counts
) and 313Nm Torque. With the delivery of that torque at the correct intervals.
Not massive numbers granted, but all in all a HUGE improvement on the Asthmatic Snail I brought home with me in August last year. And most importantly, not likely to cause a big problem in the not so distant future.
My advice would be to do your homework on whoever you’re looking to trust in carrying out the work for you. Read reviews, ask questions & don’t be blinded by the promise of rockstar figures.
