Replace Comfort Dash Trim/Storage Compartment Around Gear Stick

Afternoon all,

Does anybody have any tips for how to safely remove the center storage box that goes around the gear lever in Caravelle? Specifically it is on a 2017 model with the comfort dash; mine has a little damage and I've managed to source a brand new one but I can't seem to find any tips, info, or videos showing how best to remove and replace. See the image below, it is the part I've outlined in green.



Under the lid there is a 12v socket and a USB port.

I've also got a replacement storage box with lid that is on the top of the dash to replace as well, so any tips on that would be helpful too.

Open the lid and there is a star screw (T20 maybe) right at the back. The gear surround pulls up and off and of when the screw is removed the whole thing will just pull out.
