Replace interior lights with LED spots, no power? Diagnostics faults.

I have stripped out van for conversion. Removed old lights and want to replace with Spots. Checked previous threads reference wire colours

Red & Black +ve to pos wire spot
Red & Brown - door switched -ve to neg wire spot
Brown - permanent left disconnected.

2nd ceiling light disconnected

Replaced fuses, all lights now work except the rear ceiling lights? Door step lights in rear work.

Connected to Carissa and have attached picture of faults.

Any help appreciated
