Replace LB with AGM advice

Apologies in advance as this subject is covered lots in the forums , I just don’t know the answer for me, as clueless!
I need to change my leisure battery. It is a lead acid. I was going to go AGM.
I have a Sargent EC155 power supply unit and have a Victron 215W solar panel and Victron smart solar MPPT .
I wanted to just change one for one but the advice in threads has confused me.
Could I swap one for one with my set up and it be ok?
My concerns or observations from other threads are:
- The charger wouldnt be high enough volts to charge AGM battery’s?
-The solar input can be increased on the app to be high enough for AGM.
-If solar input adjusted for higher , this may be too high for the starter battery when in absorption? The Starter battery is lead acid too.
-would AGM LB be ok with a lead acid SB?
- My alternator isn’t a smart one I don’t think . People mention that as relevant.
-people mention DC to DC charger needed? I don’t want to mess around changing the set up, just change the battery.

Any advice on can I put an AGM LB straight in without changing system Or causing damage would be appreciated .
I’ve added a pic of my starter battery as that helps confirm if the alternator is a smart, on some other threads.
Thanks all

It looks like there are a couple of black wires connecting directly to the -ve of the starter battery. This bypasses the shunt, so the van can’t see all the current flowing through the starter battery. They should be connected to a chassis earth point instead.

What is the red wire dangling bottom left corner of the photo?

From your picture, it looks like you have an AGM starter battery (bottom left icon on the battery?) already. You probably have a smart alternator as you have a shunt on the negative battery terminal. You have a conventional Amber Valley split charger (right of the battery).

Cheapest option: just replace your leisure battery with another AGM battery.

Your starter battery is AGM. Your alternator is smart. I would hope you have a dc-dc charger as those red cables look far too thin to carry the potential current a relay battery separator could involve.

Can you post a pic of the leisure battery

That is the Lb that is not holding charge so I need a new one.
The charger is a sergeant , but I don’t know about a dc/dc.
It was all as it is when I got it after a conversion.
So the starter battery is AGM?

The set up is as it was when I got it after being converted. I didn’t know the starter was an AGM. I have a sergant EC155 power control system. But don’t know about a dc to dc charger that people say about?
So if I change LB to AGM the set up ok?
Someone said the wires too thin?
