Reverse Camera 2 x green & black wires

Hi,

Trying to wire power for a reverse camera.

Thinking of using wires in B pillar but have two green and black wires.

Which one should be used?

The one with more green , it’s rare no to pick up reverse feeds, what head unit do you have ?

Have fitted Empirical in car reverse camera

Personally I wouldn't pick up a reverse feed it can cause havoc with the camera

Just need it for the power. Camera on separate wire.

Surely there are not 2 green and black wires - one is black and green and the other is green and black. That is what they look like to me anyway.

The power to the reverse camera is not clean, it’s electronically switched by PWM and will likely cause issues with your camera. If you must use it then use it to switch a relay to give the camera a clean +12v

Have fitted Empirical in car reverse camera

No need to pick up reverse, the screen will flip on ‘CanBus’ just run the camera to a ignition feed
