Reversing light and camera not working

Hi! Im new and an enthusiastic amateur... i fitted a halfords reverse camera and connected in to hhe reverse light green/black and brown wires behind the left rear lights. It was working fine for a few months but isnt now. The reverse lights dont work either I've checked the connections and the fuse and all seems ok.... i want to double check the correct fuse. Could someone please tell me which is the correct fuse? Assuming fuse and connections are ok, what else could cause the fault. Any help for a frustrated old duffer would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like you have lost reverse lights and the camera is just a side affect as you wired in to them
Could be the reverse switch on the gearbox ?
