Just wanted to share how happy we are with our new conversion and throw some gratitude Stephens way!

We’ve recently had a kitchen and leisure system professionally installed by T4mation in armely Leeds

We chose T4mation after searching around for camper van conversions, we stumbled across T4mation and decided to get in touch, mainly due to close proximity from home.

Stephen was very polite and professional from the get go… inviting us to come take a look around his show room and work shop, which we did!

Stephen took time out of his busy schedule to answer all our questions, listening to needs and expectations, Promptly responding to our emails the whole time! We really felt valued, this was all way before we signed on the dotted line!

It was clear to us that Stephen is very passionate and proud of his craft! It’s refreshing to see in a world focused on quantity over quality!

His work and ideas are excellent, really put our minds at ease given we are new comers to the camper van scene!

With help from Stephen we choose our kitchen finish for our T6 LWB and Stephen got to work right away…

This was no straight forward install as the kitchen units had to be slightly modified to fit the lower soffits due to the bespoke lower profile pop-top!

Stephen also got us up and running with a leisure system and provisions ready to build upon!

Stephen worked his arse off on our project and we are very happy amd impressed with the service he provided, highly recommended! He even met us with a little gift on collection of our van, super grateful!

We will 100% use T4mation for all our van additions in the future and can’t wait to develop our beloved camper ‘Van-essa’

Thanks so much for all your hard work!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Just need a fridge and wiring in my inverter and I’m all set!

Thanks for reading

Thread 'T4MATION [Warning]'

By yet another amazing coincidence, the only positive review they've had in the past year is worded identically to the opening post..

By an amazing coincidence the OP is in the same town as T4mention.
It's not that amazing...
...we stumbled across T4mation and decided to get in touch, mainly due to close proximity from home.
...but I do understand the cynicism you guys are voicing.

@Bboyzeus, forum members are rightly suspicious of glowing converter reviews made by newcomers, especially as a first post. Perhaps if you introduce yourself here and share your Transporter journey, together with a few pics of your van, some of the cynicism voiced above may wane.

EDIT: Though looking at other reviews of T4mation, maybe not...

Man… the internets brutal!

Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion, being rude is unnecessary… it’s ok though I’m happy with the final results, thought I’d help t4mation by sharing my personal experience… yes it’s similar to the OP that’s because my experience is the same where ever I choose to share it, simpler and less time consuming to cut and paste… also wrote on little sleep after nights lol…

I read some of those negative reviews, after popping in, seeing his workshop and booking the kitchen and leisure system… was shocked to read them given my positive experience.

Even though I was quoted for the work, he still went the extra mile by adding a shelf in the cupboard next to the fridge with no extra cost… also went up today where he made me a table from some off cuts, again free of charge…

Call me bias… maybe!

Hope others take a look and see for themselves

Cheers for the feedback!

Hi Stephen, I see you are big on feedback. I particularly liked this reply:

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At [Your Business Name], we take great pride in providing exceptional customer service to each and every one of our customers, and we truly value feedback as it helps us improve.

@Bboyzeus, if you stick around, you'll find that the forum is actually a very supportive and knowledgable community - you just need to see past the [ahem] 'healthy skepticism' and not take it personally.

Nothing taken personally…. I see the value of healthy skepticism and when I read my OP back I didn’t realise how many times I’d said Stephen… so apologies for repeating myself.

I rarely post on forums but felt I needed to on this occasion.

Anyways thanks for the advice, I’ll stick around as I’ve had loads of help from this forum with odd jobs on my new (to me) van…
