Roof Blister Repair

As is the norm with the California Aluminium pop roof, mine has a small edge blister that needs attention.

I have bought a touch up stick of black etch primer and also a chips away Blackberry repair kit.

How best to tackle this? Dremel with a small grinding tip, or sanding flap wheel?.

Yes you could grind it out but there will be a low spot then, but a dremel would be a good call, blob of etch, the fill will layers of paint or filler that paint that's assuming you are touching it up, technically it's roof respray to be invisible.

Thanks, it will be hidden by the roof seal that covers it up.
