Roof rack - will it still work?

Hi All,

Thinking of getting a new Cali Beach and as part of my research I’d like to pose a question about the vehicles roof rack options which primarily would be used to transport a 25kg kayak

I correctly have an OEM supplied roof rack that utilises the fixed bolt points on my T6.1

Does the Cali Beach roof retain these same fixing points, i.e. am I likely to be able to use the same roof rack?

I won’t be raising the roof with the kayak on just need to transport it

If the beach is the same as the ocean the roof rack fits on an mounted rail on the roof. I think they are different from a normal t6 however someone may be able to correct me.

I have a California Beach. It has rails built into the roof that take Thule fixings. I currently have the bars on my roof and can take a pic for you if you want

Thule wingbars black/silver 127/135 with Rapid System 751 or 753(low), Fixpoint Kit 3057 go on the California rails beautifully
