Rusty lee swivel , bolts not long enough

Good evening all , iv got a rusty lee swivel base fitted to my van , im in the process of fitting a pair a VW GTD seats from 2023 model , so i purchased a set of seat plates from transporter HQ to enable me to fit the GTD seats , BUT when fitting the T HQ seat plate to the rusty lee swivel base i found that the bolts are too short for the nuts which would make it very unsafe, can anyone recommend some longer bolts that are safe to use in seats ? also the rusty lee swivel wobbles like mad can any recommend a cure ?

I think @BognorMotors make some little 3d printed parts to stop the wobble.
