Seat belt guide fitment

Bought a set of these to put on the rear seat belts i got.
As they are a one piece mold, there is no way i can see to thread them onto the belt.
Is it possible to remove the belt from the roller, to thread it on?
If not. Why would a shop sell me something tht cannot be fitted?
Cheers

Did you ever sort this? Having the same issue!
How about putting a saw cut through the thin bar and sliding the belt through? Once fitted you won’t see the cut.
If you are not used to making neat cuts use a hand mitre saw.

Cut them as shown, then cover them in four way stretch black suede. Job done.

The belt itself can be unrolled. There you need a small diameter tool shaped like a screwdriver with an end bent at 90 degrees, so that you can gradually lift up the pressed metal rod - both ends evenly. The spring roll must not be turned when the belt is removed, it must either be held or blocked with something. To pull the belt back in, i tied a lace at the end of the belt. It is doable and requires patience, but cutting and then gluing the plastic together is probably easier for someone.
