Seat Moves When I Brake.

When I brake it seems like my seat moves, not the whole seat as in the slider but the seat base or something similar, anyone else had this happen on the captains chair?

It also creaks, any ideas?

I wouldn't drive it until you sort that, if you take the plastic panel off at the back you can get in there with a wratchet and tighten them up, from memory they are 16mm or something around that
