Seat skin or re-upholster??

Just had a quote of
£660 to Re upholster two heated single seats.
This is a marine grade vinyl on the outers with a faux alcantara/suede in the middles, with white sitching.

For me I think the extra £400 odd quid is money well spent over say the likes of inka etc.

Has anyone had both options fitted and which they find best value?

Not sure if this is any help. I had 2 front seats and a full sized bed recovered in alacantara and leather. "Streamline auto beds" For about £1000, was a couple of years ago though.
