m looking at getting some seatskinz. Are they worth the money? Is there an alternative?

All I heard is you get what you pay for.

Look nice from afar but far from perfect.

I'm sure they do a job as such, but there are no cheap shortcuts, and as you see them up close it is a question as to whether you will be happy in the long run.. Better of saving up for a liitle while?

Hmm; I wouldn't call them cheap.
£280 for just the front seats.
Nine week wait, stitching was the wrong colour (they clearly weren't checked) and they were T5 covers despite me being VERY clear the T6 has different sized headrests.
Added to that you need a specialist tool (I didn't and rounded off an armrest bolt; it's now useless) which they fail to mention (I also broke a tab off the rear seat plastic cover; again it needs special tools) and loads of faffing PLUS they make your van look like a taxi (very plasticky) and I say NO.

£200 on fully tailored VW waterproof covers for ALL the seats with nice embroidered Ocean logos was money far far better spent.

Seatskinz just rebadges some other firms tat, doesn't QC anything and makes your van look like it's run by Uber.

I think what @T6Dave means is saving your money and buying a better cover @Polzeylad experience with Seatskinz speaks volumes. He went with a better option for what he does so basically you need to shop around to find what you want. The ones I linked to are what a friend of mine has on his T5 and I have been considering. There are others, best bet is go to a show and see what is around
