Second row roof handles

Hi all.
Just got a new van.
73 plate t32 kombi highline.
I could do with handles on the roof in the second row above the sliding doors.
Is there such a thing available, or can it be fitted?
We have a dog hammock on the bench and it needs roof support for the straps.
