Second row seatbelt stuck on fully extended

Hi,

My boys fully extended the second row seatbelt and now it remains fully extended.

Is there an easy way to fix this without dismantling everything.

Also - If anybody has a diagram showing construction, would be helpful.

You might just need to loosen the bolt holding the reel to the van body and tilt it so it's level to release the ball bearing that's holding it.
