Securing drum kit in my T6 Transporter

I am picking up my first van as need it for transporting drum kit etc to gigs, I was told to secure the load with netting, what do you think is the best way?

Depend if you have shell cases or flight case it, it try and come up with a travel system knowing how heavy the hard ware is and cymbals you don’t want that sliding all over, on a side note don’t suppose you would be intrested in a electric kit

We are part of a rock n roll and tribute band called NOT THE SHADOWS, so need to look authentic! The cases are, apart from one soft, so thinking of a net across the lot!

Many decades ago we used to pack army surplus blankets around and between individual items. That works in the van but doesn’t stop it getting damaged between the van and stage.

Yeh got a few blankets at the ready and will carry the boxes into the venues! Got a rubber floor so hoping things won't slide too much! Just wanted to allow for my mad driving haha!!!
