Serious leak coming into my T6 cab.

After recently acquiring and starting my own conversion I’m seriously troubled to find I have an indoor pool. The amount of water is a real concern, I can squeeze water out the mat like it’s a sponge. I think the snow exasperated the issue because there was evidence of water droplets when I dismantled the glove box to get the cables the from SB to LB a few weeks ago. All appears to be happening on the passenger side. Any suggestions??Not sure if I’ve managed to attach the image correctly, it shows two waterfalls as I press the mat down. IMG_2710.jpeg

Water could be tracking down from a leak in the windscreen seal, roof-rail holes or via the grommets behind the starter battery. The air-conditioner is another possibility, but I wouldn’t expect there to be a lot of water.
Checking them in reverse, pull your mat back in the passenger footwell and see if you can spot any water tracks.. if they pass the grommets, check your A-pillars. Failing that, pouring water over the screen may give you a lead as to its origin.

Thanks for your prompt response, I removed the roof rack earlier to try and rule out that one. I’ve got to admit it was a bit loose where it tightened down to the roof ,so a possible source. I’ve dropped the fuel tank today and whilst working away a stream appeared above the mat, almost like an ice plug defrosted and allowed the rest of the water to free flow in . IMG_2711.jpeg

Do you have rear wash wipe?

If so does it work?

From another thread I think the water line for it runs down the UK passenger side.

Also check that water is draining out of the scuttle area.

No rear wash wipe, as a novice my next port of call is the scuttle . Do you know if I need to remove the windscreen wiper arms etc to gain access to the area? Thanks

To get in yes, but you should be able to see if water drains well and also have a good look around with a good torch before going that far. Make sure no leaf debris has built up.
