Shea's Mojave Beige T30 shuttle

Hi Folks,

My name is Shea and I'm from the north west of Ireland but currently living in Dublin. Just picked up this 2016 84ps SWB T30 Shuttle in Mojave Beige in really nice condition, spec is very light, I think body coloured bumpers was the only box ticked, but I got a good deal on it so couldn't really pass it up. The previous owner added a set of Devonports, H7 headlights and an unused Westfalia removable tow bar with electrics. The only thing I wish it had was heated seats & parking sensors as the future of the vans time with us will depend on my girlfirend being comfortable driving it, I've been slowly building up her confidence driving around in it this week and the van also has an aftermarket reversing camera which is really helping her. So fingers crossed!

I picked the van up on Friday around Slough, spent the night there and then on Saturday drove down to Terry at TH performance near Portsmouth who remapped the van to 160bhp & 330nm. No one in Ireland offers Pendle remaps so I just had to bite the bullet and get it done straight away, made a big difference and Terry was a gent who did everything he could to fit me in on short notice, highly recommended! From there I made the trip up to Holyhead to ge the boat over to Dublin.

I have an old 911 that is a very similar colour this, its sad but I'm looking forward to towing the 911 and both cars looking like they were painted the same colour.

Plans are to:
Tint the rear windows
Possibly install parking sensors
Aftermarket heated seat pads
Auto-vox pro reverse rear view mirror
MFSW conversion
18-19 inch wheels, probably black but toying with the idea of steels with black centres and silver dish to match the fuchs on the 911
Lower splitter (this is my favourite at the moment VW T6 2015 ABS Black Lower Front Lip Splitter - Vanstyle)
Coilovers (ST-X coilovers winning atm) I'm not looking for crazy lows
Passenger Captains seat if I can find one at a reasonable price, currently has a twin swivle seat that was added at some stage

I'm the proud owner of a T2 that I've completely customized (narrrowed beam, tubs, engine raise, front beam raise, adjustable spring plates, beetle gearbox coversion, porsche brake and wheel conversion etc. etc. ) to get it running as low as possible while remaining static. I'm just looking for a simple enough build with this bus so not going crazy.

Some pics below that the seller sent me, don't have any half decent pics myself yet
