My van should be being delivered this coming week.

I want to do some of the conversion and mods myself.

It's a 2017 highline, in iridium grey.

Any suggestions for the first £2000 of spending?.

Sidebar? Splitter?

Don't be in any rush, enjoy your new van for a while before allocating funds, your priorities might change.

Rubber door seals and a dash/windscreen seal. Then hold-off spending the remaining £1950 until you've identified for yourself what further upgrade are "required".

I second @Chippie1 on suspension. Night and day one of the best large purchases you will ever make on your van.

agreed drive it for a couple weeks and see what you think
maybe get door seals and dash seal as they are cheap and possibly some LED lamps for interior lights if your itching so get some bits

Got to say mind not sure what your van has light wise mines a 2017 highline and came with h4’s one of the best mods was changing to h’7s

As @DaveD says, the other reason to wait is to prove the van isn’t a lemon before you spend money on it.
