I have a Starlight blue lwb.. and looking for some detailing inspiration on a budget. I have played around with colours and have added an orange side strip in 6mm vinyl which breaks up the length a bit.. and some orange to the lower grille..
2 of my 3, appreciate one is not a T6.

Loving your "Transporter T6.1" graphic.
Presume it's a vinyl, rather than a paint job - if so, do you have a link?
My friend owns a graphic company I can ask him to send you one as he will have the design I am sure. He did my t5 a few years ago and kept it as subtle as possible his name is Paul from impact graphics in Warrington if you tell him what you seen he might sort you out direct he actually lives over the road from meLoving your "Transporter T6.1" graphic.

I love the subtlety - I'd be looking for a body-coloured graphic, but with a matt finish, almost so that you can only see it from a certain angle, or in a certain light.
Not got my van yet though, but will deffo be interested when it arrives. Does Paul supply & fit, or just supply?
Just watched you YouTube vid on fitting the wingbacks. Cracking vid bud, given me a few ideas!
The "6D carbon fibre gloss" film I got off Amazon started to craze and bubble after a few weeks in the sun. I guess you get what pay for. I got some proper 3M 8020 wrap, and it was amazing how much easier it was to work with, the bubbles were so easy to remove, it stuck down easily, even the contour sections were so easy to do. It is a matt film, with a texture to it. We were impressed enough to do the section of the roof and the rear door. I'll do the top part of the door next weekend, maybe I will have finished the rear spoiler by then as well. We will get a stick on solar panel for the roof, to charge up some leisure batteries, so we can run our little fridge and maybe a small inverter to give us 240V as well. I'll think about that when we start the interior.

Finally finished the rear spoiler and stripes. Just need to decide what to do about the boot sill protector before I can finish the stripes.
Next will be the ones on the side - still working on some concepts. Probably need to take some new photos of what it looks like now to get the best effect.

I'm a big fan of stripe decals - one day, I'll get around to adorning my van too - and I love what you've done so far, but I'm not sure about those proposed designs for the sides. I appreciate it's a matter of personal taste and I intend no offence, but cutting across the rear quarter windows like that just doesn't look right IMO.
I'm not sure of it myself, I wanted a Transporter panel van, but could not go past this Multivan as it was in great condition, and had all the things I would have ended up with in the Transporter, like the rear aircon and the track rail seating. The dual power side doors are great as well.

I think less is more in this case . I think a combo of the top image stripe that goes from headlight to rear (no rear window encroachment) using these colours as per design with maybe the bottom picture lower door edge stripes too . I can’t photoshop hopefully you see what I mean?
Have you got the same stripes up and over the bonnet as the back?
I think those stripes from front up and over roof and down the back would look great then nothing or very minimal on the sides would look fantastic.
But everything is personal taste.

I have them on the front as well, and part of the way on the roof. I'll be fitting a solar panel on the roof in the future, so no need for the stripes the full length of the roof.
