Shuttle rear bench seat stuck

Anyone ever had the rear bench seat stuck in the van? Can’t seem to release the left hand side, I’ve had them out before so I’m pretty sure I’m doing it correctly!

Yes. If you get underneath, you will normally see a part of the cable that is jammed. Can’t be sure which bit but usually a pit of short nosed pliers is what’s need to tug directly on the jammed part.
