Shuttle to caravelle seat belt holes?

Hi we’re looking to convert our shuttle to a caravelle and I wondered if anyone had any solutions for the holes that are left behind in the trim when the seat belts are taken out?

New roof lining and new C pillars..................OR re cover both as part of your upgrade. Cotswold T6 spares had a velle roof lining for sale the other day and for sure they will have the other bits albeit I find them on the pricey side for second hand bits.
