Single folding passenger seat?

Does anyone know please if the above is even available, I know folding doubles are, but singles?

Might be a good demand given the added flexibility it would offer.

I don’t know if anything like this is available but I think it’s more useful to swivel the seat rather than fold it

Agreed, but a folding seat makes it easier with a sup/ windsurf board, and when I swivel the seat, the wing mirror is obstructed
I would have thought there would be a demand for such.

Fair enough, I did just about fit a kayak in mine though with the seat facing forward

can you lay it down instead? I’m guessing it doesn’t go down that far. Ok, well good luck in your search

I don’t think there is one, but they can fold double seats flat.

I'm almost certain that there's nothing OEM for a Transporter along these lines.

I’m fitting Tiguan seats to mine. The passenger single seat folds flat so ideal as a step to get up to the pop top.
