Any one know of or recommend a pull out draw for a kombi.
Must be able to carry 200kg and fill the whole space upto the rear seats.
Ovano and jc vans don't quite do what I want.

I'm planning on building my own but I've been struggling to find suitable drawer slides. Trying to find the weight capacity for a fully extended drawer doesn't seem particularly easy.

Watching with interest, but I'm thinking of two drawers, side by side, and one full width drawer/tray above, but not as deep. Finding runners of the spec required for @carlg plan has proved almost impossible.

Problem is their rating is based on a shorter length. They’re only rated to about 100kg on a four foot runner.

The guy I got my van off had made his own, it covers the full area (lashing point to lashing point) and it has 200kg rates sliders, he said he got them from Amazon of all places.

JC vans sell pairs of View attachment 177529draw sliders
Oh interesting, I've emailed them asking for some technical specifications. They however look the same as the ones posted earlier, which are only rated to 100kg at full extention. Will wait to see what they come back with though.

The below company lists some which can hold 1000kg at 2m... although they also do some more realistic 1200mm 200kg ones. Downside is they wont send over to the UK for none trade orders. Anyone going to France any time soon?

You need to be aware that the load capacity of a drawer/slide runner decreases with length. Most advertised show max and perhaps not the actual loading capacity. Ther are very heavy duty available but are more expensive. What are you trying to do? 200kg is a lot of weight. The runners may be strong enough but you then have to attach these to your 'drawer' an then fix into vehicle. 200kg will create a large cantilever force.

I want to put my tools in for easy access,
