Hi, my wood panels have got wet and warped on the passenger side slider door Anyone know where I can get the replacement MDF panels grey panels.

thanks David Plymouth

You could try a local convertor (Colebrook transporters, valley road or se conversions, belliver) they will remove them to ply/carpet and probably skip them

I dont think you understand.

Go to a converters and ask if they have some OEM panels you can have before they get put in the skip!

Hi Danny, going to get the local dealer to see if they can order one. If not could I send a courier. Don’t worry if not as I personally wouldn’t want the hassle of wrapping so I won’t be offended one bit! Lol

Bugger....i have given them to a chap off Ebay for templates....collecting today, he makes pre-lined panels and apparently there are small changes on the T6.1 panels compared to the T6 as i have found out. Some of the panels he sent to me are ever so slightly different. So at the moment i have a van with no panels at all fitted....no hassle though as it has allowed me time to Dodo the lot which has made a huge difference.

Ahh ok, i dont think they will. The rear quarters are about 15mm longer where the jack sits and the same opposite, and the fixing points are in different positions.
Or, the chap has made the ply templates wrong and not accurate enough. He is having another crack at them tomorrow with the new templates.

Not sure. The trouble is, the chap who makes these prelined panels doesn't know if it's a case of him not being 100% accurate with his cutting, too much glue and carpet, or the 6.1 are actually different. He'll know more once he compares these to a T6 panel. I'll see what he says. I'll ask him if the 5s are different again.

Edit: I've just had a look. The panels from a T6 do fit a T6.1 but do not quite look the right profile. I will take some photos.

I would if I could upload them. They will no longer drag and drop or when I try to attach them with the Attach files button.
