Good chance the roller needs replaced.

And this is an area to not use lubricant but just keep clean, dirt+lubricant ends up being a grinding paste that hastens the roller issue.
If you must use it use a dry lubricant like you would use for locks.

Tips for sliding door channels/runners maintenance?
Having previously had 2 T4s, both of which eventually suffered from the inevitable lower sliding door channel rot, that got so bad the door would actually drop and dislodge from the door aperture while sliding it shut, requiring a deft, 2 handed, one knee, lift slide and push, all at the same...
Have a look at the bottom runner. You'll probably find that the bearing roller is seized. Move the door slightly with your finger on the roller and if it doesn't roll smoothly then fit a new bottom runner. They are less than £20, take 30 minutes to change and will save the possible damage caused when the bearing collapses.
I've just checked and cleaned out the grit in the bottom runner and checked the roller roller isn't working too roller is fine but by cleaning out the grit it's a bit better but will purchase a new bottom roller thanks for that advice
