Get the door control unit changed. That cured my problems.

hopefully all fixed now greaded up and oiled it has opened everytime since

My sliding door would not open this morning, crawled in from the back and it still would not open initially then it opened. I'll put some GT85 spray on it, hopefully it will cure it.

Hi mine did same ok now plenty off oil

I had the same problem, wouldn't open for a couple of days. Put a bit of GT85 in after reading another thread on here. What eventually seemed to move it was two firm whacks with my palm on the inside of the door near the lock.
