Sliding door step creaks and flexes.

Hi, I couldn't see this topic mentioned elsewhere. I have a year old T6.1 SWB camper conversion from a reputable company (Direct Campers Newcastle)he slid. The sliding door step has started flexing and creaking whenever any pressure is put on it. It may have come away from a clip, as there is a gap between the seal and the edge of the trim at one end. Can this be easily sorted as we are heading off abroad in two weeks? Thanks
