Hello, I am a new member here and wondering if anybody can help. My sliding door wouldn't open from the outside but would from the inside. On investigation I found that the long pin with a right angle bend had worked it’s way loose and was sat in the door. This has been relocated and the door now opens from the outside. However outside door handle still feels loose. I suspect there must be a tension spring that locates onto the cam to give it tension but can’t visualise this. Does any body have a working door with interior panel removed who could recreate the attached photo. This might tell me if I am missing a spring or tensioning arm….much appreciated…james
