Sliding window repair issues

Had a search but couldn’t find quite this issue.

I have leaky sliding windows in my T6 Kombi (imagine that!) and used an eBay kit to repair them.

Mostly went to plan, however…

1) Two ‘spinning top’ looking bits of plastic fell out of the windows as I removed them. Spent ages looking for their home and can’t find it.

2) The repair kit came with several plastic cylinders of two different lengths. What are they for?

Any help hugely appreciated!IMG_2244.jpeg

If you put a link to the ebay kit we can have a look.

I got the same kit, also not sure what those bits are for! They might be for either front or rear pins?

Yeah those black cyclinders are around the same height/diameter as the metal studs that fit into the grooves (one front and two at the back on a swivel) but can’t see anything they’d fit over. They have a thinner hole in the center on one side. Spent ages trying to figure it out and I’m stumped!
