Looking for feedback. The rail system provides great flexibility but how annoying is it for the rails not to be flush? Do you get used to it?

I can't comment on the smart bed itself but debated and researched into both that and the vw caravelle rails and went for the vw system in the end. The only thing is, you have to run a 'multiflex board' or similar as the seats fold flat but that's only 70% of the bed...

REIMO 333 or 3000 seat/bed on one of their rail systems. The seats have a hinged rear section to complete the full length bed.

Haven't had mine done yet but MrsB wasn't happy about it so I spoke to Smartbeds and they told me to look at these chaps: Inspiration
They fit the rails without the external trim and get a much more flush finish. I'll be trying to emulate that when mine is done, possibly by building the floor height up a little.

Thanks for the link. I did look at Starlight but not sure a raised floor would look right either.
