You might need to change the plugs on the van, depending upon what you have already. It’s a simple job, release the wiring pins from yout existing plug and clip the, into a new plug that matches these lights. Pauly at the forum shop can sort you the plugs you need. If you don’t have LED’s already then you will probably have to turn off bulb monitoring for the brake and tail lights

@big176 I fitted the same set to another members T6 and his was non-LED, it was a 20 min job. Unless you already have LED rears and you just want to swap for the tinted, in which case it's a plug and play 2 min job.
