Stopped off today with a yellow EML after driving down from Manchester. Warm welcome, took the van and plugged it in, sorted it out, gave advice on how to deal with it next time, all done in about 20 mins thanks to Sam, spotted my T6 forum sticker as well, good customer service, recommended

Put some redex through it, drive it at higher revs and a lower gear for longer, stop using Tesco fuel! Everything I already knew but should put into practise

Lol,,, nightmare.

I only use Tesco derv (love the points)....
And never use Redex.....

A terminal case me thinks !!

My first main dealer experience for a while.
I’ve been there twice for warranty work, both times they wanted the van as early as possible and both times they haven’t even started the job until the afternoon.
Following a service I was advised that the next service was due in 2 years, I asked what the status of brake wear was as nothing was recorded in the service log, it took some persistence with the Service Manager to get the wear readings from the mechanic.
Going to try Carrs in Cornwall next time, it can’t be any worse.
