Due to an expensive exercise in identifying whether to go for full air or not, I now have a set of So Low Coilovers for sale. These have been taken of my 69 Plate Transporter T6 T26 SWB.
I had the coilovers fitted on the 30th May ’24 by DubDocshop Ltd in Lutterworth, after my previous springs were getting observations during MOTs for surface rust, so decided to bite the bullet and get them replaced. During a camping trip to France this year and using a tow bar mounted cycle carrier, to transport awning, it was evident that the ground clearance was too tight for my liking with getting on and off the ferries. The performance of the springs was night and day to the previous set up, lower road noise, better handling, altogether a fantastic set up.
On returning to the UK I decided that the necessity of achieving good ground clearance and accessing everyday car parks meant that there was only one option and upgraded to full air, again fitted by the DubDocshop.
In summary:
Fitted 30/5/2024
Removed 28/8/2024
Miles Covered approx.: 2,600 France Holiday and Commuting.
12mths Warranty still valid on purchase only or 2 yr if fitted by approved specialist, confirmed via DubDocshop.
I have looked at the Transporter HQ web site and the basket value for these part is approx. £1,500, see attached photo.
Offers considered around £1,000 - £1,200, collection from Rugby Warwickshire CV22 ONLY due to weight
