Some LEDs not working on tail light

Hi all
After some advice as some of the led’s in my tail light have stopped working. Not sure what make they are as they were fitted to my 5.1 when I bought it. Any help would be much appreciated before I start taking things in bits fully. I have had the light off and cleaned all the connections up with electric contact cleaner but no different.

A lot of aftermarket lights are of dubious quality.....
I'd save time and effort and just get some better ones.

Without removing the light and seeing IF you can strip it down you won't know just how salvageable they are .
