Hi, I am downsizing from an Adria Twin ( 6.4 m meter) Fiat van to a more manageable T6. My budget wont allow a new one so I am looking at getting either a used one ( a California) or buying a base van and getting a conversion. So I was looking at the Bilbo conversion (Nexa) as a starting point which seems to suit my needs, but wondered if anybody else had been down this particular route and had any opinions, and/or other recommendations on suppliers for conversions>

What do you need from your van firstly ?
Poptop? Hightop? Tin top? Toilet? Bed requirements?
Going from a bigger van you'll have to prioritise what's most important to you.
We have a bigger adria and an old t5.1 , I much prefer the vw but there is a trade off when it comes to home comforts .

Welcome to the Forum.
If I were in your situation I would first make the big decisions that cannot be changed later, for example, what engine type, what gearbox type, etc.
That will narrow down your search quite considerably and potentially save a lot of hassle later.

Thanks for the input.. well I have thought about this and have decided to go for the best Ocean that I can afford.. probably around 55 k. I will need to adapt to a different toilet style.. need recommendations for under sink options. Chemical or organic?
Any tips and recommendations?
