Lots of options…
1. DC-DC with leisure battery under drivers seat
2. DC-DC with leisure battery in the rear furniture
3. Portable battery generator like an EcoFlow or Jackery mounted in the rear furniture
Then you could add solar panels to the roof for any of the above
For 1 and 2 you might also add an inverter for mains power
You might also want to add an electric hooked/shore power for when on a campsite
